No pets, smoking, or parties.

This is our personal summer home and we have invested great care, attention, and detail to it. As such, we have very high expectations for the level of respect exhibited by our guests. Disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation of your stay.

In addition, please adhere to published CC&R's for Lakewood Village Homeowners Association. Including:

Lots are restricted to residential use only by one family.

No radio, stereo, or other speakers of any kind shall be used or placed outside. No loud or obnoxious activities that disturb the quiet enjoyment of your neighbors shall be tolerated.

No trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, boats, or large trucks shall be parked on any Lot.

No outside fires of any kind. Cigarettes may not be disposed of in the landscaped areas for fire hazard reasons.

Vehicle parking is only permitted on your own driveway, garage or the City street. The golf course is private property. If you walk onto the fairway you are trespassing.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the Flagstaff City Code, Title 3, Chapter 3-12. The City of Flagstaff short-term registration number for this property is 017252.

The space
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, this updated townhome is a perfect retreat in Flagstaff. Located within minutes from many amenities, this is an ideal home base for your stay in Flagstaff.

All of the interior is light, bright, clean, and up to date. Relax in an open living area with Cable TV, WiFi, streaming video player, and ample seating. Both bedrooms boast comfy foam mattresses, new furnishings, and en suite bathrooms. Enjoy a cup of coffee, a book, or the weather on your private patio and balcony overlooking the golf course.

The kitchen includes all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker (just get your favorite K-Cups), basic kitchen appliances, and most everything you'd need to either cook at home or enjoy delivery from any of the great nearby restaurants.

Our townhome is located right in the heart of the Aspen Valley Golf Course between a green and a tee box. It's very quiet and many neighbors live there seasonally. Enjoy access to the golf and dining amenities of Continental Country Club (sports and fitness areas are reserved for members only) nearby.

Guest access
You'll have the entire townhome just for you and your guests. We have a washer and dryer provided inside the townhome. It’s easily accessible near the kitchen area.
Guest interaction
This is our second home and we previously lived in Flagstaff years ago. You may contact us with any questions before, during, or after your stay. We love the area and are happy to provide recommendations! Check in/out is self-service, so you can also come and go without ever talking to us. Steve, who helps us manage our bookings, might also respond to your questions or provide assistance, if needed.

Neighborhood overview
The townhouse is located in a quiet area on the Aspen Valley Golf Course. It's very conveniently located and provides easy access to major attractions. There is a variety of dining, cocktail, and brewery options within a mile of the home.
Getting around
Our neighborhood is predominately car-dependent, but is somewhat bikeable. There are two parking spaces available in the unit's garage and driveway. There are several hiking trails and walking paths directly accessible from the home.

Our major cross streets are Continental Dr. and Butler Ave. If you’d like to estimate the distance or travel time to/from our home, we suggest that you look up “Aspen Valley Golf Club” as the location in your favorite map app.
